Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 1, 2026
Stucco Experts Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “Stucco Experts”) is a small, owner-operated company based in Calgary, Alberta. We respect your privacy and keep things simple: the information you share with us is used to answer your question and prepare a quote, nothing more. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it to market unrelated products to you.
- · We collect what you send us through the contact form (name, phone, email, property address, and a description of the work).
- · Agim, the owner, uses it to call or email you back with a free assessment or quote.
- · We do not sell your information, share it with marketers, or send promotional emails.
- · You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete what we have on file.
Who this policy applies to
This policy covers the website at stuccoexperts.ca and any information you provide to us by phone, text, email, or in person while inquiring about or receiving services from Stucco Experts Ltd. We serve Calgary and surrounding communities including Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Strathmore, High River, and nearby towns. We do not market or operate outside of this region.
What we collect
When you reach out to us, you may share the following:
- Your name — so we know who we’re replying to.
- Phone number — so Agim can call or text you back.
- Email address — for written quotes and follow-up.
- Property address — so we can assess the location and travel involved.
- The service you need and a description of the issue — so we can give you an accurate, honest answer.
- Photos you choose to send by text or email — so we can diagnose damage remotely.
We do not run advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or cookie-based profiling on this website. We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information through the website.
How we use your information
We use what you send us only to:
- Reply to your inquiry, usually within 24 hours.
- Prepare and send you a free assessment or quote.
- Schedule a site visit or the work itself if you decide to hire us.
- Communicate with you about an active or recently completed job (warranty, follow-up, invoicing).
- Keep basic business records as required by Canadian tax and accounting law.
We do not use your information to send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotions, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers we rely on to run the business, such as our website host (Netlify, which receives and forwards contact-form submissions to us), our email provider, and our accountant. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and only handle your information to the extent needed to deliver their service to us.
- Government authorities if we are legally required to disclose information (for example, in response to a valid court order or tax audit).
Some of our service providers may store data on servers located outside of Canada (typically in the United States). When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries.
How long we keep it
Quote inquiries that don’t turn into a job are kept for a reasonable period (typically up to two years) in case you contact us again. Records related to completed work, including invoices and warranty information, are retained as long as required by Canada Revenue Agency record-keeping rules and to support any warranty on the work performed.
How we protect it
We use reputable hosting and email services with standard security measures, and we limit access to your information to Agim and anyone in the business who genuinely needs it to serve you. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we treat your information the same way we’d want our own treated.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not set marketing or analytics cookies and does not use tracking technologies to build a profile of you. Our hosting provider may collect basic, non-identifying server logs (such as page requests and approximate IP-based region) for security and reliability purposes; we do not use this information for advertising.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that’s inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we’re required by law to keep.
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time.
To make any of these requests, just email or call us using the contact details below. There’s no form to fill out — a quick message is enough.
Children
Our services are intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
